ORDER
- Can I have my order sent to someone else?
Of course! At checkout you can choose the option to have the order shipped to a different address. The invoice will then only be emailed to you.
- It's a gift, can it be wrapped?
Of course you can! During checkout you can check the box "is it a gift?" so we know it is a gift.
- What payment options are there?
You can use: IDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Bancontact and Creditcard.

- What are the shipping costs?
Parcels within the Netherlands: Letterbox parcel €3.95 Normal parcel €5.95
Parcels to Belgium: Letterbox parcel €9.50 Normal parcel (up to 2kg) €10.00 (up to 23kg) €19.50
- When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 days, unless it is ordered during the weekend or during a holiday, in which case it will take a little longer.
DAMAGE OR RETURNS
- Can I return my order?If the order does not meet your requirements, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. Please contact us as soon as possible and let us know the reason why you want to exchange or return the item. The shipping and return costs are for the customer.
- My order was delivered damaged, what now?
It is a pity that this happened. Mail this to us asap so we can solve it together. Do not forget to keep the box and the order itself.
